Proposed Rule Changes Would Tangle The Web

Anyone know any more about this? If it’s true, what are the implications for internet evangelism?

Like I said, it sounds like a conspiracy theory - one of those things that gets a lot of hype but never comes to pass.

On the other hand, I saw an article in the May issue of INC Magazine today (unfortunately, it’s not online) talking about the same thing.
