Strategic Digital Outreach is comprised of a group of believers committed to seeing churches and Christian organizations use modern technology effectively to present the message of Jesus Christ to those who have not yet committed their lives to Him.
We specialize in telling the old, old story (of Jesus and His love) through the vehicle of modern-day wineskins. Utilizing websites, screen savers, flash presentations, business card CDs, etc., we empower churches and ministries to reach a digital generation.
We are not a web development firm. Instead, we are strategists. We mentor churches and Christian organizations to help them utilize digital technology (websites, screen savers, flash presentations, business card CDs, etc.) to present the message of Jesus Christ to today’s world.
Our team members combine extensive backgrounds in the area of internet strategy, web design, marketing, business development, and business administration.
Frank Johnson, Strategist
Frank is a 1985 graduate of Bethany College in Scotts Valley, California (B.S. Ministerial Studies) and a licensed minister with the Northern California and Nevada District Council of the Assemblies of God.

Dave Dias, Advisor
Dave Dias serves as a principal and Vice President of InterWest Insurance Services, a regional insurance operation with 12 offices in California. Dave’s primary responsibilities are in market creation and business development. Dave is also co-founder of the Time Out Conference in the greater San Francisco Bay area, and serves on the Board of Trustees of Azusa Pacific University, the Advisory Board of FaithWorks and on the Board of Directors of Wake Up Santa Cruz, a local outreach ministry.
